The Mini Session fee is $350. This includes a 30 minute session, 10 hi-resolution digital images and print release. Additional images may be available to purchase.

1. The Standard Mini Session fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) is non-refundable and due within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduling your mini session in order to reserve your date.
2. The Standard Mini Session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer to capture images of up to 5 people. Each additional person is twenty five dollars ($25).
3. The Mini Session will yield ten (10) digital images and will be delivered in electronic format via website for download by client.
4. The photos delivered will be hosted for a time period of thirty (30) days.
5. All communication will be in the form of email. Please provide a valid email address for this communication.

::::::Rescheduling::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
We understand that things come up - weather cannot be controlled, and people get sick. We want to work with you to reschedule your appointment.
1. Reschedule Requests-If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give two (2) weeks notice prior to your session date. If you need to reschedule your appointment and it is closer than 2 weeks away, we will try to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee your request will be granted.
2. If you or your child is sick, please give as much notice as possible and we will reschedule your appointment.
3. If the weather looks as though it may impede an outdoor session, you will be contacted to reschedule or change locations.
4. Requests for re-scheduling or re-shoots are granted at the photographer’s discretion only.

1. Mini Session are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reschedules will be available however.
::::::Proofing and Ordering::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
1. Within three (3) weeks of your session date, you will receive an email with a link and instructions on how to access your password-protected gallery which will contain a minimum of ten (10) fully edited digital images.
2. You will have thirty (30) days to view your gallery and place orders. Please be prepared to place your orders during that time. Feel free to contact us with any questions, issues, or concerns about the ordering process.
3. Orders will not be processed or design work initiated until payment has been received.
4. All images are purged after one (1) year.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the item(s) have been delivered.
6. Requests for small changes to an image will be granted for images that will be ordered (blemishes, crops, etc). Modifications not considered minor by the photographer will be made for a twenty five dollar per hour fee ($25/hour) fee. The client will be notified prior to editing if there will be any assessed charges. Charges apply whether the final product is purchased or not.
7. All purchases of prints, packages, and products are subject to 6% sales tax.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 (effective January 1, 1978 and amended when the USA joined the Berne Convention in 1989), photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation and the copyright is owned by the creator.
1. JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC retains the copyright on all images (even those where digital files have been purchased) and reserves the right to copy, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the original work.
2. It is unlawful to copy, scan, reproduce, or print any images produced by JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC without the express written consent of the photographer. Doing so without permission is considered illegal and offenders will be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law.

1. Credits and special offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
2. The safety of your child during the session is ultimately your responsibility. While the photographer will use discretion with safety in mind when posing or suggesting locations or areas, never agree to anything you do not feel comfortable with. JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC is not responsibly or liable for accidents or injuries occurring during photo sessions.
3. Video cameras and/or cameras are not allowed by anyone but employees of JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC during photo sessions.
4. Prices and fees are non-negotiable and subject to change. Prices and fees will be locked –in at execution of this contract along with a paid session fee.

I, the JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC Client, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize JODY LYNN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC to use photographs of me and or my property and authorize him/(her/their and his/her/their assignees), licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer or studio name here.
I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
